Sterling Property Care was established in April 1994 as a partnership, which already had twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry.

The combination of trade experience, the quantity surveying expertise and contracts management skills worked in perfect harmony and formed the solid foundation on which the company was to be built.

It became apparent to the partners, Dean Smith & Simon Meadows, that construction clients felt abandoned following the completion of their building project or defects period.

Clients often found themselves calling strangers, from phone books etc, to carry out works with little knowledge of the problem, neither the solution nor the capability of this company.

This process regularly involved several different trade contractors, which rose it’s own coordination difficulties, as well as consuming valuable time.

This highlighted a client need which Dean & Simon were confident they could fulfil and so Sterling Property Care was formed.
